   It depends on the type of event, its length, and how many people are involved. We are able to give you an estimated number at the quotation stage, after we have listened carefully to all the information you share with us.

2. How early should we contact you?

   There is no minimum or maximum time, but as a rule of thumb, if you want a specific vendor, it’s best to make sure they’re available for your day. Therefore, the earlier you contact us, the more chances there are of us being free on your desired date!
