To provide a quick answer to the most common questions, here's a list of FAQs. If you don't find the answer you are looking for or would like further information, do not hesitate to contact us.

  1. There is no minimum or maximum time, but as a rule of thumb, if you want a specific vendor, it’s best to make sure they’re available for your day. Therefore, the earlier you contact us, the more chances there are of us being free on your desired date!

  2. Not really! We both approach photography with the same philosophy. We’ve been working together as a team for years and this allows us to be in tune with each other. We work best together, which translates into a complete narrative of your event.

  3. Of course, our backpacks are always ready! Let’s talk about it and get organized!

  4. This phrase comes up a lot. Yet it’s not something you have to worry about because it’s a part of our job to make you feel comfortable. It’s up to us to release tension and to create a natural, relaxed moment where indeed, you are photogenic! In other words, have fun, and we take care of the rest.

  5. “Of course, there will always be those who look only at technique, who ask ‘how,’ while others of a more curious nature will ask ‘why.’ Personally, I have always preferred inspiration to information.”
    —Man Ray
In a world where we all have the potential to take photographs, what makes us unique are our personalities and characters, shaped by the experiences (not just work experiences) we carry with us. These experiences change how you see the world, and how you end up representing it to others in your photography. The inspiration that comes from the connection we are able to create with our clients, and the ability to treat our relationship in a friendly yet professional way, is definitely one of our calling cards.

  6. The answer to this question depends on the service. However it’s always specified, both in the initial phase of our relationship and in our contract. For weddings, we generally deliver photos within two months (max). For other events, we try to be as quick as possible because we understand the requirements of marketing. The timeframes for more complex jobs are usually on a case by case basis, and if they also include video, the timeframe is a bit longer [than two months].

  7. We guide you in the choice of the album and the photos you want to print. We also take care of the whole practical part of the layout. Once the albums are printed by a trusted company, we check them to make sure you receive an excellent product.

  8. Yes, we have been doing videos for several years now, but only for specific projects, and mostly for companies. Don’t hesitate to talk to us about your project. If we are unable to meet your requirements, we will certainly know who to recommend!

  9. It depends on the type of event, its length, and how many people are involved. We are able to give you an estimated number at the quotation stage, after we have listened carefully to all the information you share with us.

  10. Of course we do! Although our photography style is mainly reportage, group photos during weddings are a must! We try to create this moment during the welcome cocktail, when the guests are still well dressed and made-up, and the bride and groom are fresh and excited. When we are together, it’s easy for us to coordinate group photos in just a few minutes, stealing very little time from the reception.
